On the 1st of June 2023, Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co Ltd, Mitsui Fudosan Co Ltd and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co Ltd collectively announced the construction initiation of the "Osaka Kita-ku Doujimahama 2-chome Project (tentative name)", a project being promoted in Dojimahama 2-chome, Kita-ku, Osaka City. The project will be the first* largescale combined residential condominium and hotel development project by the Mitsui Fudosan Group. It is situated in Dojimahama, a location that integrates the traditions of Osaka with the conveniences of the modern age. The project offers an excellent riverfront location facing the Dojima River, and will contribute to the overall revitalisation of the Dojima, Umeda and Nakanoshima areas. This allows for the capitalization of the local vibe and the innovation of the city centre as well as restoring and invigorating the atmosphere of the waterfront.
