This property is a serviced senior residence scheduled to open in fall 2024 in Makuhari Bay-Park, one of the largest mixed-use neighborhood creation projects in the Tokyo metropolitan area under development in Makuhari Shintoshin, with residential, commercial, and other functions. Hoshino Architects’ concept for this property is creating an “open refined villa” where a gentle breeze flows through and residents can enjoy quality time.
