Hoshino Architects INC. used a cascade, or waterfall, as a motif to create the impression of an environment where new things are born, a source of water that generates new energy between the upper and lower reaches of the Dojima River, where the property is located. It also incorporates the historical image of Osaka, where there used to be a number of islands and multiple flows of water between each island.
