GRAND MARINA TOKYO Park Tower Kachidoki, in which Hoshino Architects INC. is participating as master design architects, has won the Good Design Award 2024. Hoshino Architects, Inc. has participated in GRAND MARINA TOKYO Park Tower Kachidoki as master design architects. We are pleased to announce that Park Tower Kachidoki Mid/South has won the Good Design Award 2024 organised by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion. The project received high praise for its planning of garden and commercial spaces that provide a community space for surrounding people in an area of warehouses with few pedestrians on the bayside, and for its landscape design by transforming the empty space into a human-scale waterfront plaza.
